ORDERS
How Long Does It Take For My Order To Ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 AM PST will ship same day. Orders placed after this time or on the weekends will ship the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Can I Remove, Add, Or Change My Order?
We are unable to combine orders, alter sizes, add or remove pieces, or edit billing details once an order has been placed. We offer free and easy returns for anything that may not work. Or, email contact@lebaiseravenue.com to see if it's still possible to cancel your entire order.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Unfortunately, order cancellation requests are not guaranteed but we will do our very best to assist you with this. Email contact@lebaiseravenue.com as soon as possible. If your order is unable to be cancelled, we offer free and easy returns.
Are import duties included?
Please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery for customers outside the US, EU and UK. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any applicable fees before placing your order.
Fabric & Care
Rigid Denim, Stretch Denim, Corduroy, Rinse Washed Denim

- Wash your jeans inside out in cold water with like colors.
- Add a cup of vinegar to the wash to prevent fading. Although the vinegar may leave a temporary scent, it will disappear with wear.
- Use detergents specifically designed for dark colors, such as Woolite or Tide.
- When washing a rinse wash or dark indigo jean for the first time, wash it alone to prevent any issues with dye transfer.
- Avoid using bleach on your denim.
Leather
- Clean your leather or suede garments professionally by a specialist only.
- If necessary, spot clean with a dry and soft cloth.
- Store your leather or suede garments on a hanger away from direct sunlight.
- To preserve the delicate nature of the fabric finish, please take care not to rub against hard or rough objects.
Silk, Suiting, Linen Viscose, Stretch Linen, Cotton Silk, Ramie Silk
- Dry clean delicate items only when needed to best preserve them.
- Spot clean with cool water and delicate technique if necessary.
- Do not twist fabric when drying. Instead, lay your garment flat on a towel away from direct sunlight.
- Store your garments on a hanger in a cool, dry area away from sunlight.
- To preserve your garment in-between dry cleaning, gently steam it to remove wrinkles and creases.
- Care must be taken when using a steamer at home. Avoid pressing the steamer nozzle directly onto the fabric. You may choose to steam the garment inside out.
Sweaters, Crochet, Mesh
- Dry clean only.
- Store your sweaters and knits folded in a dry, ventilated area away from direct sunlight to preserve their shape and fabric integrity.
- Avoid storing your knitwear on a hanger as it can cause stretching.
- For long-term storage, store your sweaters in an airtight container to protect from dust and moths.
- Pilling will occur naturally and can be removed with a special pilling comb or fabric shaver.
Ribbed Knits, Jersey
- Hand wash cold.
- Do not bleach.
- Lay flat to dry.
- Cool iron if necessary.
Wash & Go Silk, Textured Cotton, Cotton Nylon, Cotton, Cotton Poplin
- Wash garments on delicate, separate from other garments.
- Do not bleach.
- Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.
- Warm iron on low or dry clean if needed.
Straw Raffia, Canvas
- We recommend applying Scotch-guard to protect your items from the natural elements and daily wear and tear.
- If you do need to clean your item, spot cleaning would be best to preserve fabric integrity.
- For spot cleaning, wipe clean with a dry and soft cloth.

What Are My Shipping Options?
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.
While delivery fees are included, please note that import duties and taxes may be charged on delivery for any customers outside the US, EU and UK. We kindly advise checking with your country's customs office to determine your local import duties and taxes before purchase.
Do You Ship To P.O. Boxes Or APO & FPO Addresses?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Where will my order ship from?
- All orders will be shipped from Spain, Europe .
Do You Ship Worldwide?
While we ship to most locations worldwide, there are a few restrictions including Russia, Turkey, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
If you are unable to locate your country in the country selector, please contact us at contact@lebaiseravenue.com. If online shipping is not available, we’d be happy to share a list of nearby wholesalers/retailers.
Why is FedEx contacting me?
If you’ve received a message from FedEx, it may be related to customs duties or import taxes for your order. Depending on your shipping destination, you may be responsible for covering these additional charges before your package can be delivered.
FedEx will usually reach out directly to arrange payment and ensure smooth delivery. If you’re unsure whether the message is legitimate, feel free to contact us for assistance.
What are estimated delivery times?
Once your order is placed, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note the following:
- Orders placed before 2PM (GMT) are typically processed within 24 hours.
- Orders placed after 2PM (GMT) may take 48-72 hours to process.
- During sale periods or Bank Holidays, processing times may be longer.
All orders are shipped via FedEx priority, and FedEx Overnight Shipping is additionally used for deliveries within the US.
Estimated shipping times after dispatch:
- United States: 1-5 business days
- United Kingdom: 3-4 business days
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- Austria, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Poland: 2-3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 2-8 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
How can I track my order?
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please note, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order. Should you choose to waive this, liability for the package will transfer to you.
What happens if I do not want to pay the duties?
- Your order will be recalled back to us and a return free will be deducted from your refund.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Note, cards issued by local banks that do not carry one of the provided logos will not be accepted by our processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.
Do you offer discount codes or price adjustments?
We do not offer promotional codes for first-time orders, and we’re unable to provide price adjustments or match prices. All sale items are considered final. Once purchased at a discounted rate, no further reductions will be applied, even if the price drops later.
Can I claim back VAT?
- VAT refunds are processed exclusively by your local tax authorities; Le Baiser does not facilitate VAT reclaim.
What currency will I be charged in?
Your payment currency is based on your current location and will automatically adjust to match it. This will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. If your local currency isn’t supported, your order will be charged in USD using our standard exchange rate.
If you’d like to shop in a different currency, you can change your location at any time using the selector in the website footer.
Returns
How Do I Return My Order?
To see your return options, please visit our Returns Center and enter the order # and email address associated with your return. Please input your order # beginning with the number 1 as listed in your order confirmation email.
Our returns portal currently only allows returns. If you would like a different size or item, a new order must be placed.
You’ll be refunded to your original form of payment once your return package has been received and processed, typically within 2-5 business days. Please note if the items returned do not exactly match your RMA request, there will be a delay with your refund. Should you choose to change your return request, please email contact@lebaiseravenue.com to modify your request.
What Is Your Return Policy?
lebaiseravenue.com accepts returns on orders within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags attached. To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a carpeted surface. Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, with any dust bags, cards, and packaging intact. Shoeboxes are not to be used as shipping boxes. The shoebox should be placed within appropriate outer packaging, with contents secured within. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, lebaiseravenue.com reserves the right to deny the return if the products do not meet policy requirements.
Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
- For refunds, allow 2–5 business days for processing and 21 business days for the refunded amount to be credited once return is received and accepted*.
- For store credit, your refund amount is available to use instantly.
Can I Ship Back Multiple Returns In One Return Package?
At this time we can only accept one order per return package. Should you have multiple orders with return items, please use our return portal to process separate RMAs. You will receive a return label for each order to ship your returns back separately.
What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged item?
If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please email our Customer Service team within 7 business days of delivery, including your order number and photos clearly showing the issue. This allows us to open a claim with the courier and assist you as quickly as possible.
Please note that claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the next steps once your request has been reviewed.
